METHODS/INDUSTRIALISATION ENGINEER (M/F)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work as part of the Methods/Industrialisation team to help optimise production for the workshops (AE and AEM batteries, accumulators) in line with the company’s quality, cost and delivery objectives and HSE rules.

You will be responsible for implementing actions to improve production methods and processes to ensure the industrialisation of new products, from design to manufacture:

– Participation in investment projects for industrial equipment: specifications, selection of suppliers, installation, operating procedures, etc.
– Monitoring action plans, participating in the implementation of operations, checking their effectiveness by means of performance indicators, maintaining and improving the reliability of industrial files (new processes, operating ranges, etc.).
– Studying and monitoring production methods (product/process optimisation)
– Directing and managing the various stages of industrialisation of new products or modifications to existing products, as well as the redesign and layout of production lines, as part of a continuous improvement approach.
– Designing, commissioning and adapting specialised tools and monitoring their implementation
– Work with project teams and various internal departments (production, R&D, quality, purchasing, etc.).
– Reporting to the Operations Director.

Job profil

Educated as a General Engineer with a major in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing methods/industrialisation/continuous improvement projects in an industrial environment.

Knowledge of machining processes is desirable.

Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks).

Fluent in French.

Good interpersonal and team skills, rigour, pragmatism and ability to make suggestions.
